If I know what subscription I would like, what do I do?

How often do you deliver?

We can deliver from every month to every 6 months, depending on your needs.

Can I access my subscription online?

When you set up your subscription you will be invited to create an account which you activate by creating a password - you can access your account at any time.

What if I forget my account details?

If you forget your password you can request a reset where you sign in. Alternatively, you can email us on office@tincturelondon.com and we can do this for you.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course, you are fully in control!

Is it possible to delay or pause my subscription?

Yes, absolutely, you can pause or delay or change the date of your subscription. We can suggest the best frequency when you build your personalised subscription.

Can I change my delivery date?

Totally, just sign into your account and make the change you'd like

Is there a cut off for amending your delivery date or amending your subscription?

Please give us at least 48 hours notice before your delivery is due to make your changes so that we can amend before it is packed and despatched.

Where can I view my orders?

Login to your account and you will be able to see your previous deliveries and view your upcoming orders

How can I find out when my next delivery is?

Login to your customer account and you will be able to check the date of your next order date.

Can I change my delivery address or payment details?

Yes, login to your customer account, here you can edit your address or payment details.

I am having trouble logging in to my customer account?

My delivery hasn’t arrived. what should i do?
