Do TINCTURE  products have an expiry date?

Our products are 100% natural and contain a food-grade preservative. For best results, we recommend using them within 18 months. Colour may vary or change over time.

What is in the TINCTURE blend of 100% natural and essential oils?

The TINCTURE blend is a unique recipe of essential oils, chosen for their active properties to support performance and enhance wellbeing. The active constituents are listed on the back of each bottle, and more information is available on our ingredients page.

Why do our 10x times concentrates show a warning sign?

All of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, without compromising performance. Due to the inclusion of real essential oils, we must comply with strict labelling regulations: Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) and Detergent Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004. These rules are more stringent for natural products than for those with synthetic ingredients. For more information, please refer to the precautions and safety link on each product page.

Can I use TINCTURE if I have sensitive skin?

Our products contain chamomile and millefolium to help soothe and nourish hands. The All Purpose, Washing Up, and Bathroom TINCTURE products have all passed dermatological testing and are safe for skin. However, sensitive skin can be unpredictable. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately for one week to allow your skin to recover. If symptoms persist, consult your medical practitioner or dermatologist.

What is active silver?

Silver has been used for centuries to preserve freshness - historically, even water was stored in silver jugs. Research shows silver is a powerful antimicrobial agent, preventing bacteria from reproducing by disrupting their metabolism. It’s widely used in the medical field to help stop the spread of bacteria and disease without creating resistant strains. TINCTURE uses silver in our bottle material to ensure safe reuse and to prevent bacterial growth.

Are TINCTURE products suitable for vegans?

All of our products are 100% natural, plant-based, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans - except for our Furniture TINCTURE, which contains sustainably sourced beeswax.

How should I store my products?

TINCTURE products contain natural essential oils, which can degrade when exposed to UV light. That’s why our bottles are white - to protect the blends. We recommend storing your products out of direct sunlight.
