We ship to addresses in the UK and Europe. Our standard shipping service is DHL Next Working Day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, but we do our best to dispatch orders the same day where possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Please contact our customer service team at office@tincturelondon.com should you wish to place an order for delivery to Europe and overseas addresses and we will provide shipping quotes based on your order. 

  • Post and Packing is £5.95 for all UK orders (England, Wales, Scotland)
  • We offer FREE delivery for orders over £50.

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. The delivery services we use usually only deliver Monday - Friday, so orders sent on Thursday please expect delivery on Monday.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to addresses given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of the incorrect address being entered at the checkout. Please be aware that as soon as your parcel has left us, it is in the hands of the carrier and therefore we can not be accountable for delays to deliveries once orders have been handed over.
